Pool Noodle Pencil (that writes!)

I am still in the process of planning a back to school party for my girls and my sister's boys. We are going to take beginning of the school year pictures with the kiddos and I have been making a couple of giant school supply props for the pictures.

This giant pencil was super easy to make and the best part is that it actually writes.

I couldn't find any pool noodles in the stores this time of summer, so I snagged a couple from my parents house. (They have a pool) The main part if the pencil is a full yellow round noodle and the "eraser" is about 6 inches cut off of a pink hexagon noodle. The 2 pieces are stuck together with duck tape.

The "lead" side of the pencil was easy too. I created the shape with a searated knife then I stuck a grey crayola sidewalk chalk into the hole in the noodle. I like the crayola brand ones because they are already pointed on one end. The best part is that the chalk fits perfectly in the center of the noodle and can be swapped out when it is used up.

  16. Awesome, earth is nothing without art. Its really a very interesting hobby. Even capturing a picture is also an art. Similarity is the repetition in a costume of one element that occurs in various variations. For example, a decorative detail - a chain can be a handbag handle, a watch bracelet, and trim on jacket pockets, on shoes, or repeat a pattern on a neckerchief. The same principle works when all accessories are in the same color or design. This principle of the set was once (in the 50s) popular and even obligatory for a stylishly dressed lady. Today, such a technique seems too correct, devoid of imagination and individuality. Choosing the right art material is also not as easy as we think as i am also searching for a good art supplies online guts(.)pk/shop/category/art-supplies/pencils/ via a stationery store guts.pk. Anyways, thanks for sharing the nice piece of stuff with us.

  17. Begin by forming a pointed tube out of your kraft coloured paper. I rolled it up and made sure it "fit" on top of the pencil without any gaps between the pencil and the top. Closed with hot glue. seoactivators.com Then, using a pair of scissors, cut triangles along the bottom of the pencil tip to create "jagged" sharpening edges. Then hot glue the pencil tip to the noodle's top.
Begin by wrapping the 4′′ pink cardstock strip around the bottom of the noodle (my card-stock was hanging over the bottom edge a little to cover up the bottom of the unfinished noodle). Hot glue has been applied. redleos.com

  18. To increase the quality of an article or other output, news organisations sometimes demand the assistance of knowledgeable individuals — take psychology as an example — on a subject. Certainly, the assistance of this sort of citizen is critical since he has information on a subject that a journalist does not.
