I had all the supplies on had. All I used was scrapbook paper, mod podge and black craft paint.
I mod podged the top of the letters and set the scrapbook paper on top of it. Once it was dry I cut around the sides of the letter and modpodged 2 layers on top of the paper.
I let the mod podge dry over night and then I painted black aroun the edges of the letters.
I love how they turned out and can't wait to get them on the wall. The wall that still needs still needs spackled and painted. You know.......a work in progress. haha
The last 2 pictures are in the basement that we are currently redoing. It's a bit of a sneak peak of the paint colors we chose. :)
I'd give this project an A for awesome...but, you already have an A :).
ReplyDeleteReally well done!
