Getting Started

I'm very new to blogs, but I love reading them. I like to organize and do crafts but lately I've been finding it really hard to have the time. At first I thought that spoiling my girls, 2 1/2 and almost 5 was the way to go, but I try to be resourceful and thrifty in all other parts of my life and decided it's about to try that approach to parenting as well. I'm trying to get past the mental block that I have that says I need to buy everything new and in matching sets. I love to see how others are able to create unique and beautiful rooms from mixing and matching, so that is my goal. Learning to let go of things, ideals, and my "in-the-box" way of thinking.
